By having the timber and steel supply in one package with Glencoe Group you mitigate the chances of issues later on in your frame stage. Our in-house steel and timber design teams work together to model and adjust the job allowing for an integrated design giving you one less thing to worry about and fewer issues on site.

Once you have your working drawings and engineering drawn up, we can provide you with a quote for your project. We recommend submitting these details for a quote as soon as your building permit has been issued.

• Architectural and Structural Plans
• Your take off (if you are after loose materials)
• Confirmation of which products you require a quote on
• Due date, ie when do you need your quote returned? 

This will depend on the size and complexity of your project so the earlier you place your order the best chance you give us to meet your timeframes. Although we can meet shorter lead times, for a small to medium project we recommend a minimum lead time of 8-10 weeks from order to first delivery. This allows us ample time to complete the comprehensive design integration phase and troubleshooting service that we’re known and respected for.

Simply provide a purchase order that nominates the quote number. Then, email it back to us at [email protected] . If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your sales rep directly.

Non-Account Customers 

• 50% deposit at the time of the order with the balance of each product due prior to manufacture 

Account Customers 

• 30 days from end of invoice month. 

Yes! At Glencoe Group we offer 30-day EOM trading accounts to our customers. Simply ask our team to send you a copy of the accounts form.

Once the completed form is returned to us, allow our accounts team a few days to process the application as they are required to perform credit reference checks.

Delivery will be included in your quoted price but is quoted site unseen. It is assumed that your delivery will take place without obstruction or complications (including but not limited to, power lines, scaffold, debris, existing structures, poor surface quality etc.)

We always recommend that you have a representative on site to meet the truck upon arrival. While every effort will be made to unload products to your preferred location on site, the delivery driver/crane operator shall make the final decision for the final product drop location. – this is a strict safety policy.
